New DT SLS Lines - New Release

Good Afternoon Blogland,
I have some exciting news to share with you all. I have been invited to join the DT over at
SLS Lines challenge Blog.  It is a monthly challenge blog with a fab DT and I am really pleased to join the team.

Here are some links you may find useful :-

I am going to show you something I have made using 1 of the new releases from Sal which can be found over at the Etsy shop. I have used Cute Monsters

In this stamp set you get 9 seperate monsters as shown above.

I decided to make some 'snap/pairs' playing cards. I printed out the 9 monsters 6 times each and coloured in each image two times in the same colour so I ended up with 3 different colour ways. 2 of each colour, as shown above. This makes 54 cards in total.
My daughter is made up with these and has been playing with them and has even taken them into school to show her teacher and play with her friends and break and lunch time.

I also used a My Minds eye backing paper and coated the back of each card so they look more like playing cards.

We currently have an anything goes challenge on over at the blog so why not pop on over and enter we would love to see your work.

Challenges:
TTCRD - AG
Whimsey Stamps - Early Halloween

The DT had a theme of 'back to school' to work with so here is my 2nd make for this theme

I have used 2 digi's from the MWLW Etsy shop. I coloured both in using Spectrum Noir markers and then fussy cut them out. i thought these would work well on a scrapbook page for the photos of my daughter on her first day back at school this month.

I hope I have inspired you to come on over and enter in the challenge blog, with a theme of Anything Goes you really have no excuses not to lol
