Just For Fun challenge Blog mid month Inspiration

Good Morning bloggers,
I am here with my Just For Fun DT cap on with my mid month Inspiration for our current challenge.
This months challenge is Button's and Bow's, you can pop over and view the other DT's fabulous projects or to enter the challenge HERE.

I am currently re-decorating my daughter's bedroom in some lovely bright unisex colours of orange, yellows, blues, greens and a touch of raspberry pink so with these colours in mind I decided to make a canvas for Roslyn's bedroom wall following this months theme.
Here is what I came up with

The canvas is 16in x 12in so its a nice big size and I am over the moon with how it turned out. I cut a 12x12 inch letter R on the cricut in white card so that I had that as a template for the shape, got my glue gun out and just started sticking down the buttons, after a few hours and burnt fingers tips I had the finished letter. I then went through all my Co'ordinations card packs to find a colour to match to mount it onto and then I added the ribbon and bows down the sides.

Supplies:
white card stock from The papermill Shop
Canvas from Home Bargains
Co'ordinations from CC
Buttons from Do Crafts spots and stripes pastel collection
ribbon and twine from my stash

Challenges:
Craft My Life - anything goes - no cards
Craft - Dee Bowz - anything goes - with handmade bows
Make it Monday - anything goes
613 avenue create - anything goes
challenges 4 everybody - anything goes
2 Sister's - anything goes
Creative corner challenges - anything but a card

Thank You for stopping by and please do leave a comment as I love to hear from you all

Cards from the weekend

Good Afternoon Blogland,
I thought I would pop by today and show you some of the cards ive been working on over the weekend, and as it is Tuesday today this would mean I get to showcase my blog over on The Friendly Crafters Facebook group Blog Event.
I have had a number of customer orders over the last week and here are just a few of them

This is a large A4 Sponge Bob card and the customer asked me could I get some pictures of her boyfriend and their daughter in the card so I chosse to add them on the inside.
I used Do Crafts digital designer to design the backing paper and also to create the decoupage for the front.

These are both just very quick basic A5 cards that I did as a quick order for a regular customer who only gave me 24 hours notice, she was pleased with them so thats all that matters.

The spec for this one was just a large Mickey Mouse Clubhouse card, I used Do Crafts digital designer again to create the backing paper and digitage for the front, and on the inside i created pop outs with spinning Mickey heads but sadly the picture just would not load.

This is an 8x8 square card for a friend of mine. She wanted to include a picture of her little boy as its for his auntie. I love all the colours in this Boofle paper so decided to use the frame that matches.

Thanks for popping along, any comments left are much appreciated
