Below I have added some photoies of a Exploding box I made for an order yesterday it is for a birthday although I have made some Valentimes ones aswell.
This is what the box looks like when closed. It is 9cm x 9cm sq but has a 8cm x 8cm layer aswell as a 7cm x 7cm layer inside. 
I used some decoupage kits I had from a all occasions kit I bought back in the summer from my local Paper Mill shop (it is all Daisy and Danelion products) to layer up the biggest squares.
I used my cricut cartridge Storybook to create this butterfly.
This shows some of the chipboard flowers I have used on the 8cm x 8cm layers,

ReplyDeleteHi Katina, It took about 2 1/2 hrs all in all to make as had to wait for the wet glue to try in place etc. I love making these boxes one of my very fav things to do. Ive finished a Valentines one off today so ill post some pics tomoz, I used me new Popcorn the bear Romance CD rom for it and its sooooooooooo sweet i love it.
